Babies and watching them grow.
Speaking of which, anyone here have 'baby' pics and adult pics to show the changes in their fish? I find that most interesting.
Honestly the amount of money you spend raising the fish from a small size will more than equal the cost of buying an adult fish. Benefits of both for me is this:I don't like to grow out fish I think it takes to long. I prefer to pay allittle more for an adult fish then cheaper for a small fish and grow him out.

I watch them grow. Small fish are cheaper and this way you know what there diet is as they mature. Who knows how old a big fish is or what it has been eating.
