How to feed you cichla during vacation?

yeh im heaps glad about that.. when ever im on the laptop at home its like, "ohhh are you talking to your fish people again, blha blah blah" hahahah.. lol its too funny..

thanks for everyones opinion!!! I think imma go with...Keep them well feed through the week, the day just before i leave, toss in some Rosey Reds (not more then the usual) and do a 40% water change. Then the day I leave, give the usual amount of pellets and check parameters, and kiss each one of them goodbye, til i come back!!! LOL.......thanks for everyones comments and opinions!!! stay C.R.E.A.M......Oh yeah and I'll be Pbass fishing in HAWAII!!! I'll be sure to take pictures!!!ahahahaha
