How to get a six pack without getting stunted?

Push-ups are good, but if you want to know the all-time best ab workout try this. Lay flat on your back with your arms to your sides and lift your legs 6" off the ground for 2 mins. If thats too long start with 30 sec and work your way up every other day. Believe me, they taught us this in football camp my freshman year and i had abs instantly. Try it during commercials while your watching tv and concentrate on something else cuz it will BURN lol. good luck
 
Your 6 feet and your 14 and your worrying about being stunted. You have like 7 years to grow, I think you will be fine. lol

Also I thought this was about stealing a six pack of beer without being stunted.....I'm glad I opened this thread.

I tried this burned like hell am sticking with this one and some sit-ups and push ups. 50situps 20pushups 2:00min of the feet thing. But can I hold on to something when i do it?

I just started doing this also, it works great. But in reality, if you want defined ABS, then it's all about diet. Keep eating healthy foods (no junk food or loads of bread) and you'll be fine. Once you stop growing (or slow down significantly), start hitting the weights a bit.

Everyone grows at different rates.

I was 6'4 at 13, and now 12 years later still 6'4...
How tall are you parents??


As far as the six pack goes it's really all about body fat percentage. Ask any body builder or anyone who's serious about working out, there is no formula to get a six pack, just try to be lean as you can. I know people who don't work out at all and have ridiculous abs, and others who lift and train every day but aren't lean enough to show abs. If you really want a six pack do a few sit ups a day. At your age no more than 200 reps, or 5 mins of ab workouts daily and try to stay lean.
 
It's showing a bit more now, my parents (my dad) 6' (mom) 5'4ish but on my dads side he is the shortest and the tallest is 7' and my moms every girl is short but every guy is about 5'10 or 6'

It don't matter anyway well maybe it will am being negative before it even happens but this girl am trying to breck the friend wall... I seriously hate life... At the movies AMA ask her if there is anyway we can be more then friends if she says yes kick ass yes! If no.... Pass the arcinic please...
