Ever heard of the term Black and Blue?

There used to be a restaurant around me that had black and gold.

and i will cut it once i get it.if theres pink it goes back.
at home on the propane grill there done just right tho
i dont eat any meat raw or even close,let alone eating blood?eww

Mooing is a bit much for me, but aslong as it dead and warm and brown on both sides I'll eat it. Rare is best, I like to poke it with a fork and see the juices flow, .

cut off the horns wipe the cows butt and its ready to eat.
it should be done so that if you take it to the vet he can still save it.

i never undertstood why people would want they steak welldone. It just taste like cardboard to me. Bring on the blood and juicy's. Rare to medium rare
