cut off the horns wipe the cows butt and its ready to eat.
it should be done so that if you take it to the vet he can still save it.

I like mine medium well.

Just the other day at some fancy resteraunt they had the listings, and for the first time in a while I saw they had; X-Rare, purple and cool in the center.

I sear it on a hot grill, then slow cook until about medium.
Mmmmm......... Juicy........
