MMMmmm Shichkabobs( I know I spelt that wrong) is where its at, but there not as common as I would like them to be.

Med.rare with sauteed mushrooms and a good dark beer
 
ok i think i have this down to a science now.

for thick cuts 1'' to 1.5'
medium well

for thinner cuts 3/4''to1''
medium rare.

have you guys ever marinated them in dr pepper. thats when you can really taste the 23 flavors.

dr pepper
worsterchiere(spelling?)
black pepper
salt
and cavenders meat rub

im talking about Rib Eyes right now.
butcher had a special. 2 bucks a pound for the Rib Eyes
and 4.50 a pound for T-Bones.

well i suppose not everyone makes there own steak at my house i have beans
baked potatoes and occasionaly mashed potatoes. no sauce at my house cause we marinade them and rub em down

at returaunts i go with a baked potato with everything and mashed potatoes
Heinz 57 or A1 steak sauce at resturaunts.
