How yall like your steak?

Anyone who uses steak sauce should be eating hamburger:)



Blood is natures steak sauce.
 
only at resturaunts i use the sauce. they cook out more blood then i do.
i ordered medium rare at outback a while back in january and it came out well done. no blood at all. so i used the sauce to choke it down.

if youre at a steakhouse and need steak sauce......you need to leave.
 
Medium rare to medium. Depending on the cut, some Hollandaise or Bearnaise sauce would be good occasionally. Otherwise natural is best especially with Wagyu or Kobe. Also somehow US beef taste so much better then Ozzy beef. Pity they ban US beef in certain parts of the world.
 
Canadian, rather Albertan, beef is where it is at.

My Dad and I like ours either rare or blue.

My mom likes her well done because anything less than that feel like jello in her mouth, and she hates jello texture.

I experienced the same thing at outback about a week ago. I'll never go back there. It's the first time I didn't finish a steak in a restaurant. I'm not one to complain so I ate as much of it as I could, but they'll never see my face again:)
