cichlid, im 5 foot 8-200 lbs. yes im over weight. but i dot hink asthma has anything to do with my weight. ( or it may. ) so yes i am going to quit smoking. i want to have more money saved up for when i move.

When did weight get mentioned???

Also it is best to start your new non-smoking regime at the start of a day, not what Lupin will want to read but that is the advice I was given by my quit smoking clinic. Another tip I was given was to have an apple everytime I wanted to smoke, of course there was no need for any of these tips in the end because I went with Zyban to quit but those tips are great on Nicotine Replacement Therapy (patches, gum, etc) or going cold turkey.

( besides my grandad ) so i dont really now what that will do to my asthma ( if i have it )

i can still smell the smoke on my grandmother though. im hoping that doesnt cause any reactions. do i bring the inhaler with me everywhere i go? i was told that i should leave it home.
