No, sadly I didn't get his name. But he told me he was the only one there that day, and he repeatedly had to put me on hold to answer the other calls, so Joe shouldn't have too much trouble pinning it down.

N-E CICHLIDS does bring up some good points. Maybe online sellers should have a link to shipping information to educate the customers on all the shipping options that they offer.


Don't apologize for defending who you think is right. I'm just trying to argue my case, and if it's not winning you over then that's that. As for email being cold, I think that's just a matter of taste, and we should be able to work out our problems with any means of convenient communication.
 
I have never done airport to airport myself.But i must say that i have never had a bad experiance with TFD.

The customer is not always right, maybe they were 30 years ago when people took resposibility for things but I can tell you that customers try and scam and abuse business all the time because they feel like the business man has lots of money and they can afford the loss.

I'm not saying that Joe is all sunshine and lollypops but I know a lot of people that own petstores and you wouldn't believe the things people try to pull.

First off, my apologies for the spamming. I've never posted before, and didn't know that was against the rules. That's not an excuse, just an explanation, and it won't happen again. I am really not trying to scam anyone here. I know you can't really trust anything or anyone on the internet, but all I want replaced is the elephant nose, one angel and the two featherfins. More have died, but Joe's policy is only live arrival, and I know I'm responsible for them. If I were really trying to scam him, wouldn't I ask for more than just a few fish?

Haha, yeah. Thanks for the support. It's weird but I feel like I'm on trial by starting this thread, which is what I should of expected I guess.

i wouldnt say trial, and sorry you got remmed for spamming, if it wasnt for your thread in the knife fish section i never would have found this. i will be interested to see what TFD has to say in the morning.
