I think I found someone selling a stolen bike on craigslist... What should I do?

You can't turn him in... As guilty as he may seem... You need a victim.... No victim=no crime... Suspicion doesn't count, unfortunately....

If the serial number on the bike has been registered and reported stolen, he commiting a crime by possesing the bike.

What basic questions was he dodging? Also, a person's height doesn't indicate his/her experience with the bike. A friend of mine can ride the R1 just fine and she's 5'4"

Riding a motorcycle is different than riding a bicycle. You're gonna have trouble riding a bicycle if your feet can't reach the pedals and your arms can't reach the handlebars.

He was dodging questions such as how well it handled on gravel (which is an obvious, "It doesn't handle on gravel"), what kind of tires it has, what the frame is made of, what types of brakes it uses, how many gears it has, the gear shifting type, etc....

all questions that someone who legitimately owned such a bike would have the answer to. Or anyone who spent 3 minutes on google.

With out proof it's nothing. Just because he's selling it at a really good price doesn't make it stolen, maybe he's broke and just needs the money. Both me and my brothers have done this countless times because we have needed money at the time. People couldn't believe the deal but still doesn't make it stolen. You could call the police if you feel it's necessary but to me, doesn't sound like its stolen. Also not too sure what the police could do for you, but you could try.
