I thought this was MONSTERfishkeepers

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
it does not bother meme th there are threads about gars, rays, saltwater and any other topic. I just do not open them. Maybe some day I will develop an interest in one of these areas as my path thru the hobby has varied in the past.
I do not like brussel sprouts but do not mind them being in the supermarket.

That's because you are not part of snowflake nation. Maybe grumpy but never a snowflake.

P.s this should be the last thing we agree on for at least a week. I fear we may start a bad habbit

I know what you mean and money even tho I could have went cheap instead of top of the line but I got almost $1800 in this biocube and ive only had it a month and a half I bought it established from a guy who was moving
I know this is totally off topic, but aren't you the guy who had a 90 gallon that you spent like 5k on or something? You need to work on your craigslist negotiation skills my friend, how did you spend 1.8k on a used 29 gallon?

I wish I had something like this 20 yrs ago when I was into the hobby. All I had was the guy at the LFS that benefited from my over crowding and misery lol.

I think the best thing about MFK is the exact opposite of op's opinion. How great is it that guys like vincentwugwg vincentwugwg thebiggerthebetter thebiggerthebetter JK47 JK47 are humble enough to mix it up with is have nots lol.

Are we going to say guys like duanes duanes and RD. RD. Aren't valuable because they don't have 1000gallon tanks ? Think about what the site would be like with out these two.

JK47 JK47 just holy moly! That's a growout tank?? How much to fly you over here and plumb up my upcoming shrimp rack?

I'm finding that I'm becoming more and more picky about what I post. I'll read more but I'm under 10 posts a day usually, from 20 or so. I think over time we all find our little hole to climb into and stay there, as for being a bothersome little snowflake I have no issue seeing you guys with Jeff raps, rare fish and all those other vendors (but international shipping would be appreciated :p)

I will definitely say that this site is the foundation of my fishkeeping. Finding like-minded crazy people like y'all! The mods here are friendly, discussions get off the hook and there's every type of keeper here. That's awesome for me. I can learn, I can discuss, I can boast from time to time, we can joke and nobody hates each other for age (thankfully). Just an awesome place! Love y'all :D

When it comes to "big fish", "big tanks", "rare and exotic fish", "spares no expense", I can't help but think of vincentwugwg. He epitomizes monster fish keeping. He is the ultimate monster fish keeper. I am glad he is a member and that he shares pictures of his awesome tanks and fish with us.
Wow pacu mom pacu mom ... it's such an honor :)

Stuff adds up fast! I'm glad I didn't keep track when I was doing reef tanks...I'd probably be sick if I knew! Lol
