Updated pics of these guys, have had them for about 3 weeks now. It would be awesome if they turn out to be azul instead of tem.

I feel like my Azuls turned silver and blue at a young age. I would say tem. That is, if G didn't already confirm they're Azuls. I trust G's IDs. But the red tail and color throw me off.

Nice group of bass. This one might take a little more growth to positively ID them. Pretty awesome group of cichla

I moved them to my 120G community today. Sorry for the dirty glass, saw theit colors in the sunlight and they are 100% azul. Their body looks silverish and have the blue fins. Also have started to see the lines in between the 3 bars

You and a few of the other OGs definitely called it! My friend got them for $15/each and grew them out for a month. His jardini started picking on them so he offered them to me for $20 each! Looking back, I was crazy for buying six of them in late 2011- early 2012 for $250/each from Rapps and Dan Ye.

Insane deal! Yeah, prices of cichla have gone down but for us cichla lovers, it's great!
