I swear their pattern keeps changing. They look more temensis when they haven't eaten, but more azul like when they are full and showing the extea bars. I feed then sinking gold first, then top them off with cut tilapia.

Can I get another ID? vall me crazu, but for some odd reason I'm just not 100% convinced they are azuls. They haven't gotten that silverish color nor the blue fins.
I think that second picture is 100% azul. I think when azul arnt fed they look real skinny like and lighten up so you don't really see those fainter bars you normally see in larger ones.
Go figure...the azuls are still azuls
