Is It True or Not? GT HELP THREAD!!!

Okay guys, the forum is getting WAY too cluttered with the questions about whether or not your GT is a TGT or a Saum. Lets keep it to in here for managability sake please. Thanks!!
 
Little tip : Look at the scales

On a GS the green color will forum scale or oval shapes on the side of the fish so it will appear that the back round it green and the scale is dark

The green color on a TGT will appear to be on the scale its scale and the dark area will be around the green color
 
Hey, what would be a good tank size if I wanted one day to have an Green Terror, oscar, jack dempsey, and maybe a bichir or something?

go for a 125
 
yeah the extra width would be better for bichirs and the cichlids wouldn't mind it plus the extra water will make it eazier to maintain
 
Espmike could you post a picture of your true green terrors ? would be interested to see them compared to the GS and wouldnt mind checking out the ones your selling:naughty:
 
I have a 75 gal. with a green terror that I bought a few weeks ago at about 3.5". I have 5 red hooks with him. My question is if I could put another cichlid in the tank without overstocking or creating to much agression and if so what species would be compatible with my green terror? thanks in advance for any help as for I am new to these more aggressive fish.
