I would assume since he (the seller) brought up euro bracing that there is a design flawwith the construction of the tank. A 36" tall tank will create a very high water pressure. With the large span on the front panel of glass it is probably bowing and tearing the silicone seal.
how thick is the glass on that tank? for comparison, my Aqueon

if it leaked form the front corners, i wouldnt do it because it is just going to leak again, zepplin3k had a 210 shapped like that 410 and the silicone split open slowly, and my friends friend had a 300 like that and it kept leaking from the front conners. he would re sseal it and couple months later it would leak again. Im not saying it is going to happen but im just warning you it might.
I don't know why he brought up euro brasing. if I remember right he said it is 1 inch thick glass. said it would take 8-10 strong men to move and carry.
I'm going to go look at it, i'm going to take photos and all that. just waiting on his call back so I can get directions.
