Is our society falling apart?

This thread has went alittle sideways from the original post. To me this whole situation is a pain as I feel everyone overreacted and that's caused it to become a bigger deal than it really is. The teachers shouldn't have been fired, a simple meeting between the staff and father's would have been suitable.
And as far as it not being natural as they aren't procreating, almost none of what we do in our modern society is 'natural' from a survival point of view

I never claimed they can't work like anyone else. As far as doing what makes them happy. Why are serial killers not allowed to do what makes them happy? Why are druggies not allowed to do what makes them happy?
As said I don't have issues if they keep it to themselves. My issue is when they are trying to affect my life and my way of thinking. I also feel I have the right not to have my family exposed to this. I don't want my 6 year old daughter to be in the same bathroom as someone born a male.
We have moved away from the topic of this thread.
The reason we don't allow serial killers to do what makes them happy is that hurts people, being transgender doesn't hurt you or me. How are they affecting your life? And as far as using the bathroom, what do you fear will happen? Are you scared a person born a male who had a sex change into a female using the woman's bathroom will try and perv on the woman inside the bathroom? Would you complain about using a bathroom with a homosexual?
