Is this tank overstocked

I think an angel can be in a 29, but a 55 is certainly preferable for the extra room, especially for a group.

Ease up on the kid would you? I’ve seen you following him on other threads. I was there when he got probation, and it was just for what the tos deems to be profane language. No wrong advice to get him there. No need to harass someone because they are on probation. You can openly disagree with advice but no reason to attack the person for it unless they are showing repeated ignorance and are rude about it themselves.

Ropes may not be aggressive like their cousins, but they will certainly snack on what they can.

I believe angelfish should have a 55 minimum however that’s just my personal opinion, unless it’s for breeding.
 
I think one single angelfish in a 29g is fine with a couple of cories and some kind of small tetra.

However, some angels grow very large and would require a larger aquarium. I myself have two very large angels that need a larger aquarium. I do however also have two smaller angels that would be fine living solo in a 29g tank.

I’ve been told many times lol I’m currently working on money for 75g tank I’m only at 47$ but it’s only been about a week and haven’t started really working yet should start soon but if anyone has a 75-90g tank for a decent price please let me know it would be greatly appreciated I’m giving myself a budget of 450$ but hoping to find a tank and hood for the 175$ range then I plan on buying heater and filter separately please help me out on finding a tank I’m in Ohio Cincinnati area thank you
