It does not matter where you are from, Mexico or otherwise. If you are going to reap the benefits of American citizens, then pay taxes and obey the laws of American citizens.

As far as migrant workers go, those who retain Mexican citizenship and have no interest in becoming Americans, it's different. There should be something done to allow them to come up work then go home etc. Any law here they should adhere to of course.
