Especially if you lived in San Diego

and especially if you lived where i do ESCONDIDO! Where 1 in every 5 people is an illegal immigrant from Mexico. ....by the way, i'm not that 1 in 5.

did you guys hear about the nationwide one day strike on may first for all illegal mexican workers i think that it will be funny if they do it but if any worked for me i would fire them for it

Not to start anything.....I like you.....But on what grounds would you fire them on? Just curious....I think we have much bigger fish to fry rather than worry about what our immagrants are doing. They take all of the jobs that most of won't. Do you see us out there in the hot sun picking fruits & veggies? Do you see us working in the malls cleaning tables, and bathrooms? I wonder what would happen if we sent them all back...We would be in for some suprises.

they are supposedly going on strike to get better rights for illegal immigrants and if you want more rights IMO then become legal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no prob jen i just think that if they come over illegal that they shouldnt expect to have full rights like other legal immigrants you know a green card is available

I hear ya.....It should be that way...but what in this world ever works the way it really should?
Why can't the government just make it easier for them to get citizenship...
