I know some other members had issues with this in the past im curious to how they resolved it. Well recently my landlord was in my house for inspection. Everything checked out fine but she is claiming that my apartment complex has a tank size limit of ten gallons. Witch I was never told even before I moved and made it clear to them I will be keeping fish tanks. Now the property manager and owner changed I renewed the lease but wasn't told about this till now.

Wow I'm sorry...... I'm sure every landlord has seen their share of floods and incidents concerning fish tanks.
Are you on ground level or above? Maybe if you live upstairs you can talk about moving to the first floor to avoid serious damage and perhaps a little more cash every month to sweeten the deal?!
Good luck as I know how much you care for your fish!
