I just upgraded my sun room pond to a 300 gallon and leave it at 75 degrees (I live in Florida and my goldfish can handle the heat waves) I have 5 fancy goldfish and 2 comet, I was trying to find a large interesting tank mate that could coexist with them and not bother the fancies. Or perhaps multiple.

Welcome! There are a bunch of natives that could work, but few of them are pretty. You could consider the smaller mahseer or barb species; some MFKers have mahseer ponds in the same manner as a koi pond. My main concern would be overstocking the pond. 300g is large for a tank, but quite small for a pond, and when we factor in the staggering amount of poop cypriniformes can produce, inadequate filtration can become a problem quickly.
But I digress, as I so often do. I'm curious to see what suggestions are made, as I am considering a new pond myself soon.

How large are you wanting? The biggest fish I keep with fancies is a 13” pleco.
But I’ve kept/are keeping schoolers with mine. Black neon and longfin golden danio for small schoolers. And giant danios and various rainbows for larger ones. My Irwin red rainbows look pretty cool from a top view.
The orange/red is much more vibrant in person.
I can’t speak from experience about keeping anything bigger then that with them. I have a puffer in with some babies and that resulted in a few bits being taken out of them. And I’ve kept green terror fry with them without problems. But I wouldn’t suggest keeping either of those long term.

They look very different from the top. Here is a side view.(bottom fish) Not the best picture since they are always on the move.
I’ve become very fond of them lately and have started collecting different kinds. I quarantine them with my fancies and they get along great. No fin nipping or fighting.
Oh, I forgot to mention that these fish can and will jump when excited. So the pond would need to be covered when you aren’t viewing the fish. I’ve had a few jumpers at feeding time.

How about some pond loaches (M. anguillicaudatus)? They rae hardy, friendly, peaceful and can get to decent sizes (10-12")
