Canada eh
Cool, you got him to a great looking home, is he close enough to visit regularly?
Ya he’s about 15 min from my house. But the building is down town so parking is a bit of a pain, but I have permission from the owner to bring treats when I come back. I can’t imagine the big boys have had any fresh veggies or nuts in quite a while so they will most likely be quite happy.

I'm sure they'd like some cracked brazilnuts, raisins or mixed veggies!
Keep us updated when you visit, I know it can be hard emotionally to rehome your buddy

Dyson is so bored now with out his buddy. I think he needs to either chase somebody around or be chased. In a few weeks the little (bass) terds will be joining him, hopefully that will be enough stimulation.
In the meantime might want to throw in a school of ghost shrimp, seems he might want some sport

Lol it happens, I always tend to keep my favorite feeders as pets
Ikr. There is this one that already has red fins unlike the rest of them. It almost seems like it has red eyes as well... I’m drawn to the uniqueness of it.... I wonder if ther will be more.. maybe it will be faster than the oscar.....and it starts....

Chappie is adorable.. i remember i kept a red tail shark in with my two pacus and he would stay in the middle of them for protection.. i think they throught he was their baby... here they were turkey platter size and the shark was all of 2 inches.. that shark lived long after my tank exploded.. he lived to be old and actually gray faced... i am sure he missed them though..
