I love Motorhead, I had to quit listening to ace of spades when I was lifting weights cause I was getting so pumped I was huting myself. I also love sabbath and Godsmack. Im new to metal so I need to check out some the bands you guys listed.

Godsmack is Christian, or used to be. Then they just changed genere's to bring over more fans. Lots of Christian bands have done it.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Mastodon yet. Probably the best band out right now. Blood Mountain is a masterpiece.
As for what else i listen to, Slayer, Iron Maiden, Motorhead, Pantera blah blah the list goes on and on...
