MFK Fitness challenge

ive lost 10 lbs in the last month after running a mile every day for the last month and can do 30 pull ups which is better than most people at my school

I'm a leg guy anyway.....I am 5'9" and can still dunk at 28 years old, cold, no warm up....

that's awesome! I am 6'2" and can barely touch the rim :(
what excercises do you suggest for increasing vert?

TONS! Cardio, major major stretching, Calf raises, believe it or not crunches (or anything you do for abs), Back, Lats, I lay down on the leg press, stack it full of 45's put on my headphones and zone out pressing for ever......I am a 2 foot jumper...

hmmm, I've got work to do. I have overdeveloped back, shoulder, chest, bi and triceps, but hardly any legs :(

I started leg super sets this monday. My legs feel like jelly, and I almost fell down the stairs cause they are buckling LOL

Most I can do are 4 45 plates on either side of the leg press. I can hardly get 18" vert. Probably less LOL
 
Technique is HUGE....But sorry for the major derail....
 
what do you guys run 100's at? i was a sprinter back in the day.

also do lunges and when you come up jump as high as you can off that one leg, then do the other.

im 6'7" and i used to be able to touch the top of the back board... idk about now, but i know i can still dunk no problem.

I'm too heavy for sprinting. Always have been. Not fat though. I can run a mile in under 6 minutes, but I am too slow at the start to be good at sprinting. I was a really good swimmer back in high school. Water polo too. All american since sophomore year :)
