like i said Mia this is incredible that you were able to take the picture.. what a beautiful cat it is and great pic..but oh boy you are in the wilderness for sure..lol but i have heard the DEC actually plants these guys in the wild areas..even upstate ny.. i have seen them in Florida years ago but they are much smaller.. she is so breathtaking.. cherish that picture..

Jeff-we just went tracking in yesterday new dump, waist deep fresh powder! In one night! Had to break out the tractor and snowplow this morning. The Kamakazzi sled run is looking really tempting, it's just the barbed wire fence at the bottom that sucks....I'm building a chairlift and charging for ski tickets!

Acer-:) I hope you mean the BIG bear size Capstun spray, but I agree with you. The gun would be mandatory for bear, and it had better pack some serious knockdown power.

I am so very lucky to live here. It's not that bad though. I have power and dialup, sattelite dishes suck in the snow, they keep filling up with snow, but the phone lines are old, so bad weather makes the computer unusable sometimes. This really annoys me. I have 2 generators, the power outages aren't that often suprisingly. Cell phones don't even work here though!

Bluehunter-Tell the wife the kids need a good country upbringing to teach them old fashioned values!

Ok, hope I answered everyone! Luckily out West, there still are some very wild places, and it is like Christmas every morning, poor Groundhog didn't have any fun yesterday, I think he froze in a glacier!!!!

NOW you all gave me a complex! I got the heebie jeebies last night sooo bad! I got up about 3 am and was in the kitchen and this SHADOW reflected off of the snow and moon and cast this gigantuan image on the wall, I about jumped out of my skin! Then I was too chicken to go out to my truck. I'm like usually fearless, but this thread gave me a complex! Now I'm a wuss.

It's like I'm the zoo animal, in the house, the wild animals watch through the windows, deer are always peeking in! How funny! I was thinking Oh cra*, I'm not dressed...oh wait....it's a damn animal, who cares! Animals must think humans are really weird. STALKERS!:ROFL:
