So who saw UFC 118?..I did'nt get to watch it but I'm looking forward to reading the comments of our MFK MMA fans.
It was a boring card. The best 2 fights were Luozon (free on Spike) and then Diaz (first fight). The Demian Maia fight was boring... and I love good BJJ. But he outclassed the buy and couldn't finish. The Maynard fight was good, and beating Florian, I guess he's for real. Should be a nice matchup with Edgar. Couture Tomey ended just like it should have and wasn't ever really anything other than a demonstration of Couture's skills. You can see that on youtube anytime. BJ Penn looked a little soft, and had no game plan. Aside from his one takedown, he was never threatening to win that fight. Edgar dominated him again. BJs corner was bad (Rogan pointed this out a few times) and really did nothing to assist him in finding a direction. He's an amazing fighter, but lacks motivation. He's too lazy to stay on top. He is no GSP.....
Poor BJ. Im disappointed in him... Im sick of his motivation.. If you dont wanna fight, dont fight...He has like no inspiration or motivation when he came out like wtf? -__- ... Frankie's a real talented fighter. This rematch was an good/easy win for him. He was much faster & better this time. What was really impressive was when BJ tried to take him down at the 5th round and he still got on top of BJ. Aghhh BJ... I dont wanna see you fight no more if you dont want to...
About James, poor fella. Really wanted him to knock out Randy cause of the way he fights in the cage...

Kenny Vs Maynard: Good job Maynard. Kenny's a real talented fighter but i guess Maynard just took him down and wrestle with him and beated him on that. To me the lightweight division is pretty boring for me now for some reason.
Overall the fightcard was a disappointning & boring in my opinion

yea, i mean mayhem isn't exactly a devastating ko artist or anything but saku is at a place in his career where he shouldn't even have a career anymore.
i don't know why he's even fighting. you'd think he's gotta have a lot of money, he'll be fine just running a gym for the rest of his life. but i guess it's the love of the game. it'd be awesome to see him pull off a sub tho
