Looking forward to tomorrows card.
Varner vs Tibau, Lim vs Krauss (I like both of these guys and can't pick a winner; leaning towards Lim), Koch vs Poirier, Barnett vs Mir, and Pettis vs Henderson should all be good fights. I'm hoping Pettis can win, but should be a very close fight. I was looking at the odds on these fights and they're all almost even.
I don't think that Vera will be any better at HW than he was at LHW. I'm pretty sure that Rothwell is just going to wrestle him to an unimpressive win.
Hopefully, Guida gets whooped.
 
I recall a while ago someone mentioned that Vera is a member on MFK.
 
rothwell wrestle? I think this is going to be a stand up fight. both guys not having great cardio, will be a slugfest with two guys tired and swinging away. ben has the harder punch but we'll see if vera can use his speed advantage and win on points.

a lot of interesting fights. guida will be a lot slower, i'm not sure how mendes' cardio is, but I think mendes takes this easy with a tko or decision. we'll see if quida can impose his game plan

Koch/Poirier should be a good fight. rooting for Lim. I think Barnett takes it with a tko but I would love for the fight to hit the ground. gotta see how they match up on the ground

main event should be exciting
 
Yeah that main event should be a real barn burner.I only saw clips of their first fight but the one scene in which Pettis pretty much ran up onto the cage wall and sprung off of it and kicked Henderson was awesome stuff.I didn't know such a maneuver was even legal.
 
Watch Rothwell vs Yvel and Rothwell vs Hunt. I was looking forward to a good standup fights, but the new "reinvented" Rothwell is a wall 'n stall wrestler. Hopefully Vera's Greco Roman can keep it on the feet.
 
sure is legal. you can't grab the cage with your hands but you can push off it or use it to propel yourself with your feet.

he did a similar move to cerrone, except it was a knee instead of a kick

He hit Cerrone with a flying knee off the cage as well. Hard not to like his style.
 
damn, new lightweight champ. looked like an easy night at the office too for pettis.

mir/Barnett was a good fight too but I think ref jumped in too soon. same with quida/mendez. should have let it go a little bit longer

was a good night of fights
