Online game store.
MUCH bigger following. (i.e., more people playing live, makes finding parties way easier)
More online events
Online free downloadable demos
Download music videos
Much larger text and icons, which makes it easier to read (Talking about live)
Achievements. (Eh. Kind of a BS argument. I, for one, LOVE achievements. However, they are pretty pointless in the grand scheme of things. I'm just throwing it out there, since PS3 doesn't have any)

Keep in mind I haven't played PS3 in several months, so I may not be aware of any updates that might change the above list....

All of those features are on the playstation network as well. Achievements on ps3 are called trophies. With registered psn users numbering over 25 million, the psn following is gaining on the xbox live following as well.

Vidzone, for the music videos, is only available to European members.
360 has way more online events.

As far as members:

"For a while now, Sony have publicly measured the sign-up rate of the PlayStation Network by the number of individual accounts. Which looks good on paper, but it's not very realistic, is it? So we're much happier now we have a real statement on the number of people making the most of the PlayStation Network. During Sony's quarterly earnings report, there was a little Q&A held between Sony executives and market analysts, during which Robert Wiesenthal - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sony America - revealed:
I think right now close to half of our users have opted to sign up to the [PlayStation] network, and I think it's running on track, and we are expecting really great things this year from it.
Not an exact statistic, sure, but it gives us a rough idea. There are 23 million PS3 consoles out there. If "close to half" of all PS3 users have signed up, that gives us around 11 million people actually signed up to the PSN on their PS3's. Not sure whether he also included the PSP in that statement, but seeing as online use hasn't been as important for that system to date, we'd say he's not.
All in all, that's a pretty healthy number! It's OK to tell the truth sometimes, guys. We appreciate it when you do."

So, that is 11 million on PSN. That was on July 31, 2009.

On May 14, 2008, XBOX Live has 12 million. That was over an entire year ago....

EDIT: Looks like LIVE has 20 million users....can't find that from a reliable source yet though, just forums.

360 still has the larger, easier to read GUI.

Oh yea, and on Friday, over 2 MILLION users were signed on LIVE at the same time....

Oh, and PSN went down on Friday due to the large amount of players trying to get on their network for CODMW2. Lulz.

Correct, it is available for European members, NOT anyone else. Therefor, I was counting that as they don't have music vids to DL.

Online events: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/community/calendar/default.htm

That is our community calendar for our online events.

You never addressed the member issues. LIVE has way more then PSN.

I didn't feel that member issues needed to be addressed. i'm not some Sony fanboy and I already told you in a previous post that the psn following was gaining on the xbox following. That indicates that I agree there are more people on xbox live. You need to remember that xbox 360 came out almost a full year before ps3 and the original xbox was way better than ps2 so the 360 came out of the chute with a bigger following anyway. This does not in any way mean that the 360 is better than ps3.

Well I guess I'ma get me a PS3 Slim since they have an attractive price tag.

Anyone with a PS3 send me a PM with your PSN ID , and I'll send you an INvite request soon as i buy it.
