Was watching a DIY on making your own frozen fish food how many of you all make your own food and what do you put in it ? Sorry to bother so much but thank you for any tips and advice

I think a decnt quality pellet or flake is the best food as a staple.

True two of the female have laid eggs already it’s silly how fast the eggs started getting laid

Also as the main food I agree with pellets and flake foods but as a treat to give them something extra
Does anyone make up their own foods ?
What do you put in it ?

I just use frozen bloodworms or freeze dried tubifex for the treat meals. Sometimes live tubifex if they are available. I don't know how much difference it makes to the fish health but I enjoy giving them something special once in a while.
