That sounds like something Apple would do... its complete bull**** if people think MonsterFISHkeepers is related to MonsterENGERYdrinks than they are honestly mental or too young to even buy the drink in the first place... The word Monster can't be trademarked that's absurd.
 
Good thing I drink Rockstar. My friend works for Coca Cola Co. And they deliver Monster Energy products. Does this mean Coca Cola is getting boycotted too? After all, I prefer Pepsi over Coke.....

Quick question, don't you think that Scorpio has first rights on the lawsuit? After all, it is the one that's ACTUALLY screwed up with the MFK "M"......Just a thought...... Somebody should email that to Monster Energy......

My wife owns a law firm. If it happens in AZ or federal court i think she would at least give some advise. Disclaimer - real advice from a real lawyer. She just told me to say that :-)
