red arrowana $1900-$2500
:D, i can get 3 of them each month, and live off $0.10 noodles.
How are people able to purchase asian arrow's.....thought these fish were illegal here in the states?

My Australian lungfish, which hasn't arrived yet but which is paid for, will end up (with conversion to Canadian dollars) costing close to $800 for the fish and delivery, which is the most I have spent on one fish.

Someone tried to sell me a full adult Golden Asian Arowana for 10gs.... i wanted one but not an adult one..

I found someone selling a RTG for 1300 and a chili red for 3000 but my tank wasnt ready at the time so I had to pass.

Hi, my first post here. The most ive spent was 40 dollars for what the store called a chocolate cichlid. Pretty neat fish havent seen any around so I opened the wallet. I still have no idea what that cichlid was. Is there such a thing as a chocolate cichlid?

most i spent is 50 bucks for a ATF

Hmmm, if it were up to me I'd spend myself silly on fish. Problem is, it's not up to me. I had to submit to my wife, in writing, my reasoning for spending $50 on two 8 inch clown loaches. I explained to her how old these fish likely were, and how rare it is to see specimens thst size at the LFS. She denied it, but let me spend $14 on a 6 inch Bala Shark.

hahaha most to date is about 170 on a single fish. but i would spend whatever to have what i want =)

most ive spent was 50$ ( a few times) just so i could take my aros home to eventually get slaughterd by fish i would never expect
