So i got him red wiggler worms and he didnt eat that either. Usually how long does it take them to get use to the tank and finally eat?

Rays are shipped after being starved to prevent waste buildup in the bag during shipping. It may be very difficult to get it to eat and it may have internal parasites. Since red worms were rejected, your only option may be live blackworms at this point.

give the ray some time.... keep the tank warm and dark....

Only bad thing is that my fish tank is in the living room and my dam parents just put up a Christmas tree up so those lights are on at night

Earthworms and black worms are some of the best "first" foods due to the high percentage of fat. They help the fish recover faster from the stress of the shipping, especially in the wild caughts imports before they fish can be trained to eat something else, like prawns, pellets, etc.

You can try what some members here suggest doing. By putting a towel over your tank to provide a darker environment will get your ray acclimated faster. I tried it (not with a towel). Turned off the tank lights and the lights in that part of the basement and left the rays in there for 1.5 days now and I'm already seeing progress when I feed them (In the dark). They are eating chopped nightcrawlers as for now and I'm sure they love them.
Hope the best for your motoro.

Still isnt eating but he seems to be swimming a lot more now.

Try the bloodworms again. They don't have a lot of nutritional value, but it may get it eating. That was the first thing my Motoro ate. When it eats that, try some earthworms. When that is successful, get some salmon and cut it up very small. It has a lot of Omega 3 fatty acids and is very high in calories. Great bulking food if you can get it eating.

also,,,,,,,,,you may want to try vitamin B1 & B12 tablets (dry pills, not gell or gell coated you can buy at any phamacy) in your filter.
As the Vitamins desolve they add to the water what the ray maybe missing and B12 will usually kick-start hunger and feeding
