yep thats where i got mine, i spent $93 shipped for 20lbs

Thanks, the only thing is that it painted now. Would i really need to pack over it if the glass chip won't come out, it still secure in there, i even tried picking at it a little? i am thinking it should be fine, i've had worse chips before in another tank and it held water just fine.

Here is an update, tank is in place, with the styro underneath it. Today i'm going to get some plumbing, might have it plumbed by the end of today.

You can tell what the chip is like better than we can. If your comfortable with it, go with your gut. That is what I would do. Is the styro just for piece of mind? That is normally only important with acrylic tanks.

I just got my plumbing done last night, GL on yours. Not sure why but I LOVE plumbing tanks. Most don't but I have always enjoyed it myself.

I added the styro for a little insulation and to help level it out a little if its not perfect.
I only had the pump plumbed right now, i need to run to home depot today to get it 3 couplers because i messed up on the drains :irked:. I haven't had much time to work on it because i've been riding for the pass two days.:headbang2 it should be completly plumbed today, and then i will have the cansiter filter tomorrow, so i can hook that up and the tank should be filled up tomorrow night..... if everything goes to plan.

sweet tank good luck
Thanks

well still didn't get it plumbed, i had to spend 3 hours helping someone move. But i did get sand in it (which i need to tak some out because there is way to much), and the light mounted and hung. Today, the tank is getting plumbed, plus i will be getting my canister filter.

I've had thick sand beds for years, I love the look. How much did you put in? GL on your plumbing bro.

Leave it or take some sand out?

Looks great I have lots of sand in my 72" x 24" x 24" as well. One thing that I would be concerned about is the uprights on the stand, those uprights look a bit thin, my stand is made entirely of 4" x 2" timber I wanted it that strong because of the weight of Tank + Water + Sand and Rocks in my living room!!!!
