My clown loach is injured pls help !!!

earlier today my clown loach seemed to have what looked like a punctured eye or a bubbled eye (right one).I had to go to work so i left him like that.when i returned to home i found that he banged with the lava rocks due to nervousness and injured himself around the head region badly.
I separated him to another 30 gallon quaratine tank and applied few drops of anti ich medicine. What should i do pls help .. He is laying by his side and breathing heavily .. Pls help fast

No he is not infected with ich. Im 100% sure

I wouldn't have put the ich drops if he didn't have it. But I don't think there is much you can really do but just hope he survives.

Just keep the lights off and keep water pristine, he needs as little stress as possible

Yes im doing exactly the same thing i changed 25%water and administered light dose of antibiotic

Bump up temp and add some salt. Hope you can bring this little guy back up.

By careful with meds and loaches. If you use carbon remove it cause it removes meds.
Small daily water changes with salt as Atfownz said will hopefully bring the guy up in no time
