The new tank looks like it isn't as long...what are the dimensions of it?

I think that's just an optical illusion. The old tank is 72" x 24" x 24" (standard 180) and the acrylic tank is 72" x 24" x 30". I couldn't get a straight on shot with that tank cause the room is too small...or I would need a wide angle lens.

Awesome job JD_MAN. Glad to see everything went well

Everything OK? No losses?

Everything is still looking good. The only problem is with the built in overflow on the tank. I put a grate in front of it, so smaller fish woudn't be able to get into it and they still are. I have 2 clowns in the overflow side and 1 of the yo-yo's in the sump.

Go to lowes and get some gutter guard. I think it'll flow enough but keep fish out of the sump.

Yeah I was hoping that light diffuser would be enough. I will have to go with something a little smaller....as long as it doesn't get clogged up.

Haha, the grill on the front of my car is gutter guard. Saturn wanted $95, Home Depot wanted $2.33

That stuff doesn't rust
