You cannot expect a seller to renig on his own policy.. If you made the error of trying to rip him off in the first place by haggling price down to what YOU wanted then you VOIDED the garraunteeNOT "fishroomsplus"
Your bad not his.. Had you followed his policy like myself and others then you would most likely have been re embersed.. He lost a 160.00 on our transaction due to a dead fish.. And Still was very polite to me and refunded my money INCLUDING 15.00 handling fee!!! To total his loss to 175.00
