ya, the one was supposed to be a tem and everyone has aggreed. the other two were supposed to be ocellaris, so we'll see when they start growing. I don't care if they're monos, really, just didn't want another tem.

Nice pick up! Can't wait to see them. When I get over there I will ID them for you. But these guy's are pretty accurate so I would trust them. :D Who had them? And I would follow what Morledzep said and cover that intake fo sho Pimpin. I am at the house as well today waiting for UPS. :naughty:

they came from the same batch as the other one from Fish Den. i went to golden fish and she said they had some last week, but sold out :irked:

what you got now? :grinno:


i did cover the inlet of the AC...good idea. the intake isn't as strong on the penguin, so I'm not worried about it.

well, went through 2 dozen feeders in the last 2 days. this tem is a pig! he picks most of them up before the others even get to them. the one hasn't eaten any, but it did eat some frozen bloodworms tonight.

i bumped the temp as high as I could (85) so, i'm gonna need to add another heater. i got the air stone in and put some driftwood in since the pH was over 7. I'm really nervous about letting someone else watch them when I'm gone hunting from Thurs night til sometime next week.
 
daamn dude, they sound like there gonna be beasts.. hope you find someone responsible to watch over your fish..
 
the tem had 4 feeders gone in 10 seconds after throwing them in. It's going to grow FAST. I just hope the others catch up and I don't have to separate them.

my boss is going to feed my fish. He's worked at hatcheries for a good number of years and has a little experience with home aquaria, too. I'm just worried that I'm going to have a problem with water quality or equipment failure...anything. I don't wanna lose my babies :(
