I. Might have said this before, but I think I am going to say again, this pond is what got me. Interested in tors.
They are all pretty big fellas there, how big are those Neolissochilus Hexagonolepis is one of them having a deformed head.
How. Is the growth compared between the neo and the tor putitora.
Have you ever seen tor yingjiangensis up for sale.
I had that Neo Hex with the funny face from the beginning. It came mixed in a batch of 50 when imported small. I have no idea whether it is a defect or a species of it's own. He is the biggest Neo Hex in the pond pushing 30". The neos are pigs and bullies compared to the putitora. The putitoras are catching up in size and are much more colorful. Both are very easy fish to keep. I don't pay much attention to them.
As for other types of tors, I have not kept a look out.
After seeing your tor tank, I was thinking about doing the same.
