Can u post some water parameters and state what's exactly wrong? Acting strange? Lesion? Too skinny? It'll help the bichir guys and girls. I Can't really tell on pics.

Try to move it to quarantine tank and add some Epsom salts. 1tsp for every 5 gallons. Ke temp raised to 86, slowly bring it up. Do u keep gravel in ur tank?

We are currently in the process of moving and I moved the hospital tank first to so we have somewhere to put everyone till we get the main tanks moved so that's not really an option...can I treat the tank he's in? I have him isolated in a breeder box..and no I have sand

One or the other but not both. But will kill ur BB. That's why u may need a hospital tank.

I think the other option is a dip of 1tbsp of epsom salt in a gallon of water. Keep there for 15-20 min.
