Say what you want about "American Cars" but we make the best trucks hands down. People who use them everyday to haul stuff around on construction sites or farms don't drive little boy trucks that are made in Japan. ;)
hahaha :headbang2

i agree with the above statement but jcardona yer truck does look nice, no doubt.

Personally, I would be pissed to be a Toyota owner knowing that they've been lying all these years to your face about their quality and your safety.

and what's be said about all the people that died as a result of the ford explorer and it's tire problems a few years back? i did a case study on this in school, and the information i found out was shocking to say the least. lies, coverups, and sacrificing safety to save a penny.

EDIT: i personally have a friend that was killed in ford explorer rollover after a tire blowout

i was also worked on a huge project during my time in public accounting, between GM and Denso. looking at old documents and legal contracts, it's appalling to see the things american car builders have done to save a dollar and try remain competitive. all that leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

^ sweet truck

i think my next purchase will be an FJ Cruiser or the newer 4Runner. i'd really love a land cruiser though!

Too bad they stopped making the FJ cruisers. I have a 2007 4 x 4 with only 30,000 miles and new P265/70/R17 tires:D :headbang2

I totally agree. That's one of the reasons why I haven't bought a new car/truck in years. That and the bailout, auto union, outsourcing, etc.... Heck my current everyday drive is going on 14 years, and my other car is 41, lol! Of the Big Three I'm glad Ford didn't except the bailout. You won't see me buying a new GM or Chrysler. I'll stick with buying used. :D

thx! i stuck with all terrain tires since its mostly a daily driver. driving on the freeway with super swampers (like on my 4runner) is no phone! i can barely here myself think

Time to Man-up sissy! Your on the road doing manly things that men do. There's no time for phone calls and that so-called "Hearing yourself think". Men need big trucks with big tires with loud exhausts and stereos. That's how men do it.:ROFL:

hahaha i know, im such a wuss! next set will for sure be some m/t tires!

maybe you guys will like this one more; my cousin's z71. i told him he needed bigger tires but he wouldnt listen :)

Yep.....too small.

Agreed, that looks silly. Needs smaller diameter wheels and bigger tires... If you want low profile tires and big wheels then lower the truck not lift it. I don't understand that look but I see it more and more.

:WTF:

A truck with training wheels?
