Thanks Mike, I tried starving him onto pellets for 2 weeks! The best I could get was a hit and spit. Then I was feeding the bichir a worm and he stole it, it was all over then.

Yeah the frozen muscles are cooked in the bag I get too mate not the best but varies diet still gets them used to eating anything on offer , I think all shelled muscles will be cooked in stores tbh unless you start cracking raw open lol
Go for it as long as you have the space. They are like Jardini lite all the looks less aggression.

Yes they are! They seemed to have grown in the last week, I haven't seen fangs like that on any of the pictures I've seen of others. Pretty cool looking but I don't want to get my fingers near them.
