Finally got my ATF in after some failed attempts at getting one, Wes aka Fugupuff came through with a VERY healthy looking tiger, which is acclimating as I type! I will update with pics once hes in the pellet training tank, i can barely contain my excitement right now!!!!!!! i need a :chillpill: lol no fin rips or anything, thing is immaculate. Lets hope he doesnt get messed up going into the tank!!!
 
Can't edit pics in, here are some from my cell, when my buddy gets here I'll take some better ones on his iPhone and post em up!!! At the size its at its hard to be positive but all the characteristics of real Tanzy seems to be there! So pumped to watch this guy grow!! Again BIG ups to Wes and Rare Fish!!

Thanks guys!! As you can tell I am quite pumped about this guy lol. Big thanks to ChicXulub too! i would'nt have tried ATF for another few years if it wasn't for his advice, it'll be a great mid-top centerpiece as my main fish (polypterus) don't leave the bottom too much haha. I will for sure be posting updates and such, i hope he ends up one of the more colorful Tanzys, hes going into pellet training next week, i just want him to start that off with a nice full belly of worms and baby guppys. Soon hell be on straight hikari carni and supplemental foods. Trying to make this guy the best looking he possibly can be, right now he has some really nice color in the light. A burnt orange on top going into a blueish purpleish bottom. I didnt realize how visually impressive he would be at this size! So awesome

That little guy of yours looks good. :) Tanzys are wonderful fish. I do love them. Your guy will be gorgeous I'm sure. Does he show the blue adipose fin yet?

As for pellet training, the longer you wait the harder it will be. The worms should be ok, but do NOT give him live fish!
 
Welp. Due to my own stupid mistake and the ONLY thing I didn't double check that little beauty is donezo. I didnt know until today that you shouldn't bucket acclimate certain fish. Like tigers. :( well now I know, and I am not deterred, I will be getting another and it will be awesome.
