Anywhere they want? They're automatically accepted to ANY school? BS don't believe it, they still have to get in, and they still have to decide if its worth choosing a different school than their friends/family...

Just not as simple as you want to make it

this... it's like High School you don't want to leave your friends for another school

Dose not seem fair to the students though.
wich students do we speak of ....penn st fans (students)dont have aRIGHT to good football ...I hate to be insensitive...but they need to get over the part where football runs their ego ...thats how all this started

If you are going to punish the people involved then punish all the administrative people, all the board members and all athletic department coaches involved, ie: fire them and put them on the unemployment line. Anyone who buried their head in the sand or looked the other way should be terminated, punish the perpetrators not the students and/or athletes. As for as the statue, let it stay removed. BEGONE

your right , but theres always some fallout after something like this ,just remember sanduskys victims, and whats happening to penn st. in response wont seem as harsh

Remember folks, this is all based on a report done by Louis Freeh, the same guy who

Oppossed charges against the sniper who shot and killed Randy Weaver's unarmed wife as she held their infant child at Ruby Ridge. He also was critised heavily for his handleing of the investigation by the DOJ.

Was in charge of the FBI during the Waco investigation, in which the FBI was accussed of cover ups.

Was in charge of the FBI as they investigated TWA Flight 800. Investigating chrashes is the NTSB's job yet the FBI took over and refused to coopperate. Research this flight for further information and prepare to have your mind blown.

His credibility should be taken with a pound of salt. Not saying anything is false, but if a guy yells about aliens eatting his spleen daily, then one day starts ranting about how he was robbed... You get the point.

the athaletes and students arent getting punished, nobody has the RIGHT to a good football team or atheletic program its just PART OF THE COLLEGE EXPIRIENCE to even have a team .ya gotta get over wer'e getting punished cause our teams not goin to the rose bowl next year

And we're back to being confused again...Oh well, that's what popcorn was invented for!!
dont be confused ...bad people covered up to save a name brand... now the name brand is temporarily.... doa..the ncaa just made sure there is LESS motivation to do the same thing (cover-up)in the future . maybe making it better for future generations of students
