I did the water change already but I did a 25% because I didn't get your message till after. I just left my lfs. I picked up a internal uv filter, aquarium salt, and ick killer. My lfs guy told me to get rid of all the gravel for now. Put it in the sun to kill any parasites and then add the uv filter to help kill the parasites. Use half the dosage of the ick and treat with a little bit of the aquarium salt

Don't do anything to the gravel if you disturb it will make matters worse. Btw the nitrate reading is not bad enough to kill, the ammonia and nitrite is what I want you to focus on. Don't add any meds to the aquarium the salt will actually help. Your Flowerhorn does not have ich.

So just add the UV filter and some of the salt? I didn't think it had Ick either but the bottle was only $3 and it's good to have on hand incase. I'll leave the gravel alone. I have a ammonia remover. Should I use that or no?

Good sign just change water daily and do not add food for awhile. You will have to increase your wc's once parameters stabilize.

How much water daily? And I changed water every week or every 2 weeks

You've got a cycling problem given those nitrite and ammonia readings. Any disturbance to the bacteria in your tank should be avoided. DO NOT remove the gravel. Ammonia and nitrite essentially block your fish from being able to breathe... you want to put as much oxygen into the water as possible, which I can see you are doing. This will promote both the fish getting the oxygen it needs and the bacteria in the tank getting the oxygen they need. Prime and time is the solution after that.
