New to Monster Fish Keepers and so far love it!
I made a mistake and I deeply regret it, as I do love fish and would never want to make them miserable; but I ended up impulse buying a spotted gar without doing my research as I usually do.?
If anyone or if you know someone that has a BIG tank or pond that can give this guy a much better home than my 55 gallon I would appreciate it. He's very healthy, great coloring, eating very well- diet consists of: shrimp, gold fish mostly, and some red rosies, typically eats 3-5 fish a day. I think he's content, but he will be better off in a larger area to move around. He's about 12"
Also does anyone know if this is a Spotted gar or FL Gar? Based off what I've found on the forums and google search I think its spotted. I noticed that he changes colors/camouflages its pretty cool.?
PLEASE NO HATE, I understand not doing my research was wrong & I won't do it again, I beat myself up daily for it don't need others too as well
