I understand what you guys are saying.

if the manager mike didnt delete it then it probably was pedro....and if ilhe deleted them then he should be aware of op's issue..... if so why not resolve it

All the vendor forums are moderated by the owners. I think only global or admins could actually do any editing. That means it was nicole or pedro.

Oddball has already stated MFK did not delete post!

Aquascape deleted it since it's their subsection they can moderate it themselves
 
Ok In a nutshell without typing an entire book, i placed an order for $180 on May 13. After emails, calls, PMs and Posts here I still dont have a shipping total, any fish, or any refund.
I know that

Everyone is also aware that they deleted it. It doesnt even show in my recent posts or i would copy and paste.
Basically they dont understand that a business needs to communicate with the buyer when there is an issue instead i was verbally given the ole 3 more days and we will call you. I made sure they had the correct number, and still no calls, even thru this whole mess. No calls.
They can delete posts here, but they cant pick up the phone or respond via paypal message.

So the trick here is to build a thread with irrefutable evidence that you can link here, there, anywhere aquascape is mentioned. I would privately message everyone who has been burned, ChrisM101 ChrisM101 , Brock11 Brock11 , and L lightsout (and others) to make a new thread with your experiences in the first few posts. You want people to read multiple bad reviews on one page without having to wade through responses. Show them that it isn't a sustainable business model, only then will they be forced to change. That said it is work, and as such it takes someone motivated to get the ball rolling. I think this thread and others are insufficient because you would have to go through 3+ pages for 3 reviews.

Yeah theyve been paid, they knew all about it when i spoke with them, they gave me an 83 dollar shipping rate which i offered to then pay, but they didnt have all of the fish, even though they showed it in stock when i ordered, so the point was the $65 for the one fish that wasnt there would apply toward the shipping which would have been cheaper than 83 since it was a fish less.

They would call me on Monday the "next shipping day" to determine if they happened to get that fish in and provide me a new total for shipping. It never happened.
