Aquascape is a fantastic stor to visit in person. One of my favorites. I think a lot has taken place that has recently affected the online order part of the business.
Agreed,I just wish it was a little bit closer to me.It is a farther drive than Sharkaquarium was.
 
Just got off of the phone with Nicole, they are shipping my fish tomorrow , sans Jaguar Cat, but still atleast I am getting the others.:)

Its obvious they have a difficult time managing the online orders, so it may be best to just visit their store in person, Im not here to ruin someones business by any means. But I hope they can make some real changes to the way they are handling orders and create a good customer experience.
Businesses like this need to succeed but they have to make the changes they need in order to make it work.

Ill let everyone know further when the fish arrive.

Agree with the others about the in store experience. Clean tank amd some odd ball collection. Just hate to see fellow members get jammed up. Glad this is getting resolved

But here's the question, the other stock moves from in and out of stock, for instance if you put two tiger shovelnose in the cart and there is only one it prompts you that there is not enough stock, so there is some kind of system in place. It just needs a revamp. When i sold online i used a storefront by fortune3 and it was rocksolid.
 
They just called saying they could ship today, but now since it had been disputed with Paypal they cant until I cancel the claim. They havent responded to the claim so the status is stuck at waiting for sellers reply. Even if i click cancel this claim it doesnt restore it because they failed to respond, and should I even close the claim if they havent shipped yet?

I would just cancel it and let it come. I would make sure to get an email before you do it to have proof with pictures of the fish bagged and ready to go.
 
Chris, i did explain to you over the phone that the reason why your order was not shipped out was because paypal did not release the funds to us so we cannot ship out fish that has not been paid for. I know paypal had some glitches in the past week like i explained, and we are working hard to fix the problem on your order. I mentioned before that we did not have the Jaguar Catfish in stock and that we would wait until the following week to see if it would come in. But we are willing to ship out the rest of your fish today so that you can receive them tomorrow. We're just waiting for the dispute on paypal to be cancelled.

Can you cancel the entire order and then reorder what they have ready?

Refund it in paypal and i can reorder, I cant do anything until you guys respond in Paypal
