Thanks...only need to now figure out the heating issue of the tank being around 87-89 with no heaters!....dealing with the pump manufacturer right now to figure this out...
 
Going to turn off a pump tonight (the noisy one) to see if temp drops more overnight.) since putting in avfan inside the cabinet at the pumps temp's gone down a couple degrees but still at around 87-88.
 
Well....one pump off for the night and temps now at 84 steady...I suspect with the water volume it will go down to potentially 80-82 in another day as it's a lot of water to cool down.

I must post that I've emailed Reeflo (Chris) and he's already trying to resolve this with me....we've already traded a couple emails ......heard a lot about the products from Reeflo and with the customer service...this experience with them has been great so far when you do have to deal with them.....it's like these times where you WOULD be a return customer due to service!

Hope to get this resolve in short order so I can move on to think about when I'll move my rays over...
 
keep us updated. I'm curious to see what the issue is.
 
well...it's probably easy just to return the pump but I wanted to eliminate and investigate as much as I can ....learn a little while I'm at it....and perhaps could be my install issue...but we'll see...sometimes it just fix itself with no real explanation!...that's what I'm hoping anyways.... :-)
 
Yeah each support with the steel lintels can hold up to 8000lbs each with the tank and all weighing an estimated 6000-7000lbs. I should be good for another tank :-). Lol. Wife doesn't think so though.
