That's all you need to do. As long as you are not adding more fish than you already have,you should not have any problems.Instant cycle. Using old tank water is just going to add nitrates to your new tank. So there is no point is using the water. Keep the old media in your sump for a month or so,then it should be safe to remove it,or keep it in there,it won't matter.

thanks :) Almost everything's cheaper here. maybe except nice discus and other really nice fish. for the tank about 600 dollars when converted to USD. :)
