Time for an update
I’ll be doing them farther apart now since his growth has really slowed down. The next one will be once he hits the year mark with me.

Things have been good for Oliver. Eating well and looking good.

I finally found someone to take the fry off my hands so the tank isn’t as crowded. Still waiting to upgrade. This winter has been so cold and I hate the idea of moving a big tank in freezing temps on a trailer. So I haven’t been in a hurry to get one.

He looks awsome, what a beautifull fish, love that thick orange seam he has. Love the little hump he is getting, not to big that it looks like he will flip over but big enough to say "This is my tank and stay OUT!"

The male is around 7 1/2in or so. I haven’t gotten a real good measurement on him. And the female is around 6 1/2in.
Currently in a 75gal till I upgrade.
